David Hoff - Non-Executive Director, ChairmanAge 59, CPA. David was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 23 July 2008. David is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. David Hoff joined PPK Group Limited, the Company's largest shareholder, as Chief Executive Officer in 1997 and was appointed its Managing Director in November 2000. Prior to this appointment, David had several years experience in financial accounting positions within a multinational corporation in the mining industry followed by a position as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly listed Australian real estate development company. David has over 26 years experience in the packaging industry, in general management and Managing Director roles, gained with multinational corporations based in the United States of America, Europe, and with a global packaging company in the Asia region. Ken Charteris - Executive Director, Managing DirectorKen brings with him over 25 years of international and commercial experience. He has extensively worked with PPK in Australia. Ken has extensive management experience over a wide range of business many of which have been suppliers for both Coles and Woolworths. Hugh Greig - Non-Executive Director BComHugh Greig (61) retired as Managing Director of Frigrite on 30 June 2005, a position he had held with the Existing Group since 1993. Hugh remains on board as a non-executive director. He has extensive experience in general management and marketing, having previously held senior positions with Northern Feather Pty Limited, Nicholas Kiwi Australasia Limited and Unilever Australia. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. go back to directors |

Ian Veal - Non-Executive Director FCPAIan Veal (53) was appointed a non-executive Director of Frigrite on 13 January 2005. Ian has extensive experience in a wide range of manufacturing businesses, having held senior financial and general management positions with Pacific Dunlop Limited for 24 years, latterly as Chief Financial Officer and then head of the planning, business disposal and acquisition function. Ian is also a Director of the Western Bulldogs Football Club. Previously, he has been a Director of the Werribee Hospital, treasurer of the Werribee Mercy Hospital Appeal and a member of the Finance Committee of the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. Ian holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Studies from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma of Business from Swinburne College and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries in Australia. Linsey Siede - Non-Executive DirectorAge 54, B MechE (Distinction), FSAE-Aust. Linsey was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 26 March 2008. Linsey has occupied positions at the highest levels within the global automotive industry. Beginning his career at GM-Holden in Australia, he also worked at Pontiac in the USA specialising in design/development engineering. Linsey then built the Delphi organisation in Australia for 15 years, before moving to Singapore in 1998 as the Marketing, planning, technical and PR Director for Delphi Asia/Pacific. Most recently Linsey was the Director and Executive General Manager of ANCA, doubling sales, growing exports to 98% of turnover, and opening numerous sales, engineering and manufacturing facilities overseas. Linsey is also a Non-Executive Director of MIGfast Pty Ltd. The Board considers Linsey to be an independent Director. go back to directors |
