David Hoff - Non-Executive Director, Chairman

David was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 23 July 2008. David is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. David Hoff joined PPK Group Limited, the Company’s largest shareholder, as Chief Executive Officer in 1997 and was appointed its Managing Director in November 2000. Prior to this appointment, David had several years experience in financial accounting positions within a multinational corporation in the mining industry followed by a position as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly listed Australian real estate development company. David has over 26 years experience in the packaging industry, in general management and Managing Director roles, gained with multinational corporations based in the United States of America, Europe, and with a global packaging company in the Asia region. The Board considers David to be an independent Director.

Ken Charteris - Executive Director, Managing Director

Ken brings with him over 25 years of international and commercial experience. He has extensively worked with PPK in Australia. Ken has extensive management experience over a wide range of business many of which have been suppliers for both Coles and Woolworths.

Ken has held senior executive roles as CEO and Managing Director for public listed companies in Australia, Europe and South East Asia including GKN plc and Lavendon Group plc.

Peter Vidler – Non-Executive Director

Peter was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 20th September 2010. Peter joined Benckiser Australia as Purchasing Manager in July 1990 and was promoted to Operations Manager in May 1991 and Operations Director from January 1992. After the merger of Reckitt and Colman and Benckiser in December 1999 to form Reckitt Benckiser, in November 2000 Peter was promoted to the role of Regional Supply Director, Australia and New Zealand Region.

Peter has held senior positions focussed across local and global supply chains. Prior to 1990 Peter worked for 13 years in the Visy Group in a variety of roles.

Jury Wowk – Non-Executive Director

Jury was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 22nd September 2010. Jury is an accredited law specialist in business law and holds memberships with the Law Society of New South Wales and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jury is currently a consultant specialising in commercial work with HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, a mid tier Australian legal firm. He further holds a position as a Director of PPK Group Limited, an ASX listed company, and has previously held a position of Director at Headline Group Limited.

Jury’s business acumen revolves around business and company sales, acquisitions, capital raisings and restructures. He also brings his extensive knowledge and experience with ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance and preparation of general commercial documentation.

PPK is a substantial shareholder of Frigrite Limited. As a result of Jury’s position at PPK Group Limited, Jury is not considered an independent Director of Frigrite Limited.
